Revision D of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 were released at the 2005 APEX, IPC Printed Circuits Expo, and IPC Designers Council Summit in Anaheim, California on February 22, 2005. Many of the revisions for IPC-A-610D and J-STD-001D involve acceptability requirements for lead free solder workmanship.
